Poppi is a prebiotic soda brand that contains apple cider vinegar and other natural ingredients designed to support gut health. It comes in fruity flavors and is marketed as a healthier alternative to traditional sodas. Olipop is another prebiotic soda brand aimed at promoting digestive health. Unlike regular sodas, Olipop contains plant-based fiber, prebiotics, and botanical extracts, resulting in significantly less sugar than conventional soft drinks.
Today, I will be rating Poppi’s “cola” flavored soda and Olipop’s “cola” flavor. When I tasted Poppi’s refreshing cola-flavored soda, I found it sweet, though it had fewer bubbles than traditional cola. In contrast, Olipop’s cola flavor tasted strongly of cinnamon and did not resemble cola at all. I found its taste and smell unappetizing; to me, it was bitter and overwhelmingly like cinnamon rather than cola.
The two healthy sodas taste very different from each other. I would rate Poppi’s cola flavor 9/10 and Olipop’s cola flavor 1/10.
